Shankar Clinic was established in 1966 by Dr. Harsh Chandra Sharma with a mission to provide accessible and quality healthcare to the community of Daltonganj, Jharkhand. For over five decades, we have been a trusted healthcare provider, known for our commitment to compassionate care and holistic treatment. The clinic started in the Main Bazar area and has since moved to its current location on Police Line Road, opposite the BSNL office, under the leadership of Dr. Mahesh Chandra Sharma.
Dr. Mahesh Chandra Sharma took over the reins of Shankar Clinic in 1990, following in the footsteps of his father. He brought with him a deep expertise in homeopathy, having completed his Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (DHMS) from Bihar University. Over the years, Dr. Mahesh has expanded the clinic’s services, ensuring the integration of modern homeopathic practices while staying true to the core principles of personalized and patient-centric care.
Continuing the family legacy, Dr. Prashant Chandra Sharma, son of Dr. Mahesh, has joined the practice after completing his Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) from Vinoba Bhave University (VBU). With his dual practice in Daltonganj and Chatra, Dr. Prashant blends traditional homeopathic wisdom with modern approaches, offering innovative treatments to meet the evolving healthcare needs of the community.
